Sans cette disposition et cette volonté impérieuse\, voire « tripales » du dirigeant de changer de posture\, de se transformer intérieurement\, toute initiative de transformation comme nous les avons abordées tout au long du cycle semble inévitablement vouée à l’échec. \nIssu de Saint-Cyr et formé aux sciences politiques\, Bertrand Ballarin est devenu à 49 ans directeur du site Michelin de Saint-Doulchard\, dans le Cher. Après une carrière dans l’armée de terre\, il est donc entré dans le groupe Michelin en avril 2003\, comme chef de projet chargé de l’organisation des îlots de production au sein de l’usine. Avec un millier d’emplois\, ce site produit des pneus pour véhicules de tourisme\, camionnettes et avions. Ballarin vient de partir à la retraite. Durant les dernières années de sa carrière\, il s’est consacré à un projet de transformation\, inspiré des travaux de Getz\, au sein du groupe Michelin. \nExploratrice du mieux vivre ensemble et passionnée les histoires profonds des gens\, Nadia Joynson est l’auteur de “Vibrant Self-Leadership : Reinventing Ourselves to Reinvent Our Organizations ». Livre dédié à soutenir des transformations individuels et collectifs vers des approches humanistes et authentique\, plaçant les gens au centre de la stratégie. \nLe 14 juin en soirée Bertrand Ballarin partagera le fruit de ses expériences\, en dialogue avec Nadia Joynson\, sur la transformation intérieure des dirigeants\, afin de se préparer à transformer l’organisation dont ils ont la responsabilité. \nLe 15 juin toute la journée\, Nadia Joynson animera un séminaire sur la base des approches présentées dans son livre (éventuellement avec Bertrand Ballarin\, à confirmer).
