During this day you will have the opportunity to:
– Dive more deeply into the idea of Collaborative Advantage: why it is a better goal for business; how it can be created; and what it can enable you to achieve in practice.
– Relate the concept to your own work and to the work of your peers in the group.
– Understand and apply the Outside In framework to increase business value by involving all stakeholders inside and outside the business in maximising Collaborative Advantage in pursuit of a common purpose.
It is recommended to participants in the workshop of the 17th to also attend the introductory talk on the 16th. Signed copies of Paul’s book will be given to participants in the workshop of the 17th, in advance of the book’s publication on the 22nd of June.
Praise for Collaborative Advantage, Paul’s new book:
‘A valuable contribution to the vital task of getting people to see the business world as a complex, interconnected ecosystem rather than as a sharp-elbowed race to the bottom.’
Rory Sutherland
Vice-Chairman of Ogilvy Group
‘A refreshing and optimistic take on the opportunities Collaborative Advantage can open up for business. Paul Skinner speaks from experience….and it shows.’ Paul George Senior Partner and Head of International Development, PwC ‘This is a profound provocation as to the imperative of a collaborative mindset in an ever more volatile world. Paul has defined a model, and brought it to life with a wide variety of helpful examples, making it applicable to almost any challenge a business or brand might face.’
