Pour marquer le 40ième anniversaire de l’ École de Philosophie, trois conférenciers parleront d’un aspect de l’Amour de la Sagesse qu’ils trouvent précieux et pour lequel l’Ecole et la philosophie pratique les inspirent.
Ce dimanche 21 novembre, à Bruxelles (Ixelles), 43 Rue Gachard – 10.00h, Mrs Carol Hartley nous parlera sur le thème suivant :
‘Truth and Beauty: an exploration.’
John Keats wrote ‘Beauty is truth, truth is beauty; that is all Ye know on earth and all ye need to know’, expressing one of the fundamental ideas threaded through western philosophical thought. Let us unravel this thread together, look at its effect on ideas and the arts and see what meaning Truth and Beauty may have in our lives today.
