Welcome to the 9th International Leadership Symposium

 

We are delighted to welcome you to the 9th International Leadership Symposium on Ethics in Business that will take place on 15th November at the European Parliament, Brussels.

 

REPORTING TIME FOR THE CONFERENCE
Friday, 15th November 2013
European Parliament

 

Address: Altiero Spinelli Building, Rue Wiertz, Wiertzstraat, B-1047 Brussels, Belgium (entrance opposite Luxembourg Square). Please see the map below.
7:45 – 8.45 Visit our Welcome Desk in the lobby to collect your security badge for access to the European Parliament and your conference name tag. The main session will be taking place at Hall P4B001.

 

Kindly plan your trip to conference venue to have sufficient time to arrive before 8.45 am. You might expect heavy traffic in the morning in Brussels city center, also registration and security check at the European Parliament might take some time.
*Please bring your passport/identification documents as they are required for entry into the European Parliament.

 

CONFERENCE MATERIAL
THIS YEAR FOR THE FIRST TIME – ECO FRIENDLY, PRINT FREE WFEB.
Kindly note, that this year we will not provide any conference material in print. Taking advantage of new communication technologies and supporting sustainable development, we will have all conference material available to download from our website.
We will send you the link to download the conferece materials few days prior the conference. You will receive access to:

 

– Detailed Conference Program
– Speakers Book
– Delegate List
– Online Leadership Curriculum
– Involvement opportunities (Supporting, Ethics Oath, Ethics Ambassador, etc.)

 

Please download all the required material and save it on your phone or computer, which you will be bringing and using during the Conference. We do not encourage printing, but you can decide the materials you wish to print.

We will provide Internet access and will be more than happy to support you to download the required materials upon arrival and during the conference. If you have an RQ scanner (you can download it for free)
on your phone, all materials will be just few clicks away.
In any case, you will have the conference program with the timing, speakers names and the hall numbers on the back-side of your name badge, also posted at the entrance of the main hall.

 

Our team will be there to support you with all the arrangements, so you could make the best of your time – enjoy the conference, benefit from different expertise and experiences, network, meet outstanding personalities and feel inspired.
We believe this small step of ours will help to bring awareness of how we could mostly benefit from the advanced technology.

 

LUNCH
Conference speakers and guests of honour are invited for the WFEB lunch.
All delegates are also welcome to join the WFEB lunch for a charge of € 55 (covering actuals). Please send your request to office@wfeb.org and kindly make your payment by 13th November.
We will have lunch table discussions during the WFEB lunch as last year.
Alternative lunch option: European Parliament Canteen. Please note, that you can pay for your lunch there only with cash, credit cards are not accepted.
The WFEB team will guide you to both WFEB Lunch and European Parliament Canteen.
