I have been studying and researching what we can learn from nature to enhance human performance and believe that I have discovered revolutionary methods and principles that can be used in many areas of management. I did this by going back to first principles of human evolution and the natural dynamics for our survival.  This theory provides a framework for how humans generate ideas for innovation, the different types of roles or personalities (like you followers, copiers etc), how teams prosper, how we make decisions, what motivates us plus many other areas. The basic principle is that if we can relate, understand and collaborate with nature the gap will not only disappear, but performance will be improved through the use of nature’s systems and processes.
