Jean-Louis Lamboray a travaillé treize années durant à la conception et à la mise en œuvre de la réforme des services de santé au Zaïre, puis comme conseiller en santé à la Banque mondiale à Washington. Il a participé aux négociations ayant mené à la création d’Onusida, programme auquel il a contribué entre 1995 et 2004. Auteur de Sida, la bataille peut être gagnée, (Éditions de l’Atelier, 2004), ce médecin, diplômé de l’UCL, s’implique depuis 2004 au sein de la Constellation, un réseau qui favorise aujourd’hui les capacités de plus d’un million d’acteurs locaux dans plus de quinze pays au monde.

Jean-Louis Lamboray spent thirteen years working on the design and implementation of healthcare reform in Zaire and then as a health advisor at the World Bank in Washington. He participated in the negotiations leading to the creation of UNAIDS, a program in which he contributed between 1995 and 2004. Author of
